Hi Jim, I am not exactly clear on the OS. If it is, as you say, SP3, are we talking about W2K or XP Pro SP2? Are you saying you are using the same board and bios and it shows it as ACPI in the DevMan? I'm afraid not. I have two of those boards, with that BIOS but one runs 98SE and the other ME.
