My 9200 has a 128 bit memory bus. I can't imagine how poorly this card would perform if it had just 64-bit seeing as how its already slow as molasses. Anyway don let us know how it goes once u get it installed :) Maybe youll get lucky and get 133 mhz bus working and stable (id kill to have 133 optio...

OH well... Just found out that this card only has a 64-bit memory bus and ive read enough to know to avoid this. Guess im stuck with the radeon till something faster comes along which should be right around the corner from what ive been reading due to vistas dx9 requirements. Anyway, I still wonder ...

Just make sure your board supports PCI 2.0, and has a good power supply, as recommended. Note - Did you notice they are showing a PCI box, but an AGP card? Glad you mentioned this Kachi. The radeon im using now which is tweaked well beyond spec also recommended at least a 250 watt psu but i ...

Geforce 6200 pci anyone? anyone?

Here's the linky http://www.bfgtech.com/6200_256_PCI.html I might be able to get this puppy under $75 but I only have till tomorrow to decid...

Uranium try these out and let me know if they help. Some obviously may already be turned on on your board. For instance the default setting on this mobo for the L3 cache was set to write-thru for some reason so I set it to write-back. And you probably already know this but be careful with 64-67, act...

sounds like a sweet system uranium. My other system which is quite a bit quicker than this one but hardly used :) has a soyo mobo (Socket A) and it's not nearly as stable as my k6 system. Anyhow when you get a chance run the benches again once u get the system tweaked. Im guessing from your numbers ...

Don the pie bench for 1m finished in 4m 59s . Don for whatever it's worth I have run this system with the 120fsb for the past 4 years or so and this computer has never missed a beat. I can't offer you any concrete evidence that I havent done any damage running the pci cards at 40mhz but I'd bet the house that this would still be running 10 year...

K6-III+ Badge
I know this is probably an old subject but unfortunately I wasnt around when these were readily available and I'd love to put one on my case. Does anyone know or have an extra one that I could take off their hands? I'd gladly pay for shipping or whatever.
