I just got a XP1700+ T-Bred from NewEgg the other day for $ 42 shipped. Thats the same chip that I am running right now (I got the second one for a spare), and it is unlocked and defaults to 1.60 volts. Right now I am running at 12x153 for 1.836Gig on a Abit KG-7 RAID board with 2x256 Crucial sticks...

I run Windows ME and have System Restore turned OFF normally. When I install new software ao try new Tweaks, I turn it ON then create a new Restore Point then turn it back OFF again, install the new software/tweaks and see how things work out. If they don't go good then I uninstall the software/twea...

OK then, I'm running a Tyan s1590s at100 board w/K6III+ 450 OC'd to 600 with 256M of Crucial (2x128M sticks) and my board has an open slot for another 128M stick, taking the total to 384M. I always wondered if I could go all the way to board max (384M) without a performance hit. I haven't as of yet ...
