Xanthia problems? Admins, can you help?

Post by His Royal Majesty King V »

This actually hasn't happened to me... but I've been in touch with Jim. Apparently he's getting the following messages when he tries to get to our forums:

------------------------------
"Sorry! Xanthia has encountered a fatal error in zone:"
"Sorry! A required zone template was either not found or failed to load."

I don't know if it is just me, or if others are getting the same problem. It happened for a couple of days, went away, then came back.
------------------------------

I haven't run into this problem myself. I can forward you guys via email his original message if I still have it in my inbox at home (am at work now).

Any ideas?

Okay I've fiddled with Xanthia some and reset all users default theme to K6plusPNBlue. Please let me know if the error persists.

Thanks guys. It wasn't just the forums, I couldn't even get the site to come up. As you can see this has fixed it. So once again thankyou both. King V for communicating the problem to admin, which I had no way to reach; and Nohr for the quick and successfull attention.

I had the same problem. And I changed my theme as well.

Oh well, fixed now.
