Looks like it was a known bug in the forum software. I've patched it.

go under profile and change the board style from blue template to PNtheme and it has a quick reply option.

Actually, I believe it's My Account & Select Theme you'll be needing KW ;)

I changed the forum skin around a little & after recieving a 6 month old PM... I decided to put it back to the K6plus default! :D

I was just curious as to why this feature isn't available in the default skin.

For me, a skin should be just a color/layout change, not a feature change.
