Never used it before. The one time I tried I got a problem because I use a router to connect to the internet by way of a shared connection. Tried it again just now. Did not get an error message, just got "connecting" which seemed to take forever. Never did see it connect.

Currently our IRC help system is down due to the fire at the H1 data center in Texas. This has not affected our hosting environment, only our off site IRC help system.
