Best PCI graphics card for my system?

The PCChips Lottery article (Nov. 2002) I mentioned had this to say -

...your CPU won't even saturate a 7500LE...
...a 9000 will just cost more without any benefit...
...a 9000 chip fits the power budget of PCI slots, while a 9000 Pro doesn't...
...Top choices currently are the Visiontek Radeon 9100 for those who have a fast CPU, and PowerColor's low profile 9000 for the cost savvy friends of quiet systems...
