For the record... I actually just tried to paste the Japanese text to my site account and it removed unsupported characters (as it called them) leaving gibberish :(

OK...this DOES work...

My old ISP website is still up, and the WAMonitor Readme files are still present and working.

Ignore the "Install Japanese Font" warning. You can see this is all "jibberish", but if you view the "source", you can see that I added what I said in my initial post.

Select "Japanese to English", "Advanced Options", "Computers/IT" for better results.
