I was recently repairing a PS/2 mouse... when I noticed the circuit board had empty solder points for a resistor & LED, naturally I couldn't resist (excuse the pun) and slapped a 150Ohm 1/4w resistor in there & a Hi-bright red LED... not quite the brightest LED available I know, but @ $2.00 a really cheap mod

This was 'soooo' easy I don't know why I hadn't contemplated it before... I might even do this to match the next SS7 project case theme... *batman theme music* LMAO
