Notify Moderator Button

Why don't we have a "Notify Moderator" button on posts to let you know that moderation is needed?

With the low amount of posts per day we have here it hasn't been necessary. I almost always catch spam posts and our regular users very rarely cause a problem.

It doesn't need to be there just for SPAM purposes, but for something like post movement into a new thread, etc...
