stupid win2k pointer problem

why oh why does the damn stupid mother....never mind but does any one know how to fix the mouse pointer from skiping like 5 pixels ever time you move it?! its pissing me off, it even does in games! <p></p><i></i>

did you install the intellipoint software? If you did, I feel really sorry for you. If not, there's a fix -- start by turning off acceleration. <p></p><i></i>
