I post for you my benches with one of those K6-III+ ANZ.
I used a DFI K6XV3+/66, you can see on the attachments three configurations, Default, 112MHz and 124MHz. All of them was stable, I was able to bench with everest and Sandra.
I posted Everest cause is complete with the chipset offsets so you can see all the optimizations.
I have to say that 4-bank interleave was very unstable so I set it to 2-bank, anyway with or without it I haven't see a big difference.

All wpcredit settings are in the reports, I think I have done them all.
You can see them.
Offset 53 changed to F0
Interleave mode set to 2 bank.
CAS set to 2 (from bios)
Sideband addressing on.
Only at default FSB I managed to use 4 bank interleave.
The CPU was set at 5x for the default and FSB 624 and 5.5x for 112MHz.
As you can see the best results are for 5x 124MHz.
You can see them.
