Downloads section permanently down...?

Sorry for my ignorance but I cannot find a single post about when & why the downloads section was closed.
There were some unique utilities up there which are now impossible to find, like WPCRedit input files (PCR files) for certain chipsets. (I am looking for the Aladdin V stuff)
All help in the matter is appreciated.

EDIT: OK, I found what I need in this thread : "PCR File Downloads Here" but the question about the utilities is still up...

The "Downloads Section" was closed when they changed the forum in general, making changes to block "Spammers". You found the post I made where you can download PCR Files, and if you need "WPCredit" and "WPCredit Set" or any other item you might want, send me a PM with your email address, and I'll send what I have of what you want to you.

it would be great to have the downloads back. (It used to be the only comprehensive collection of K6 utils publicly available.)

now that the downloads are back, may I suggest adding two recent (and long awaited) slowdown utilities ?

One is a protected-mode tolerant multiplier switcher AND L1 /L2 cache disabler for both K6-II+ / III / III+ and Via C3 processors
