as far as i understand it (and im pretty sure) it refers to the voltage on the io(input/output) lines of the processor. for example the lines that are going to the northbridge are at the vio voltage, normally 3.3v it is also the voltage that the ram and most of the other motherboard based chips work at. <p>K63+@575<br>192Mb Ram<br>Etc. testing 123</p><i></i>
