Hi Senor DonPedro,
Gracias for the link. I have been using AT 7000 with drivers (old) that came on disk. The 10GB HD drive gave up the ghost on the weekend in the middle of Pool of Radiance. I had an extra 10GB drive and ran it With Windows XP and did all directx tests. The Win XP runs slower than Win98 SE, so I may wipe out XP and put 98 back on it to use as my (intended Y2k game machine). It is not connected to internet (standalone), so I am not worried about old OS. So far, it has been rockin real good. I will put in the Nvidia 6200s in another old machine once I get a case and pwoer supply. Unfortunately, that other machine is not an AMD powered box, just a lowly 1.3Ghz Celeron full size ATX mobo. Thanks for keeping the thread alive. I hope to see more people revive old machines.
