Weird problem with BF2 input on K6-3+

Post by lazibayer »

I have a K6-3+ that was fully functional before it shows problem with BF2 settings. When BF2 is left open, the CPU boots but cannot finish booting OS. When BF2 is pulled high the CPU won't boot. It's only normal when BF2 is pulled low, which means the multiplier can only be 4~5.5x. The motherboards are OK with other K6-3+ CPUs. Anyone got a clue?

Well, you got the answer. Maybe the CPU has something wrong.
